Christian Karl of Byla
Christian Karl von Byla , mostly Karl von Byla , (born May 29, 1857 in Uthleben ; † April 15, 1933 ibid) was a German administrative lawyer .
He comes from the Thuringian nobility of Byla and was the son of the manor owner Karl von Byla (1816-1891) on Uthleben.
Byla embarked on an administrative career and was appointed Prussian Privy Councilor. In this position he became district administrator in the East Prussian district of Lötzen in 1890 and district administrator in the Prussian district of Duderstadt from 1900 to 1917 .
On July 25, 1894, Christian Karl von Byla married Sophie Schaeper in Wanzleben . He retired in Göttingen and died in 1933 on his estate in Uthleben.
