Christian Manon (born January 5, 1950 ) is a French - Australian actor. He lives in Sydney .

Life

Manon has appeared in five stage productions with the Sydney Theater Company and in King Lear of the Bell Shakespeare Company , directed by Barrie Kosky , with the Belvoir (theater company) and Jean-Pierre Mignon's Australian Nouveau Theater (Anthill). During a two-year stay at the Sidetrack Theater, he played in six plays, in which he was involved in the production of five of them. He toured Australia and New Zealand for producer John Frost in Noël Coward's play Fallen Angels with Hayley Mills and Juliet Mills.

There are also a number of television appearances that began in 1982 with Bodyline and BackBerner, All Saints , Stupid, Stupid Man, An Accidental Soldat, Die Chaosfamilie ( Packed to the Rafters ), A Place to Call Home and Australia: The Story of Us includes.

Notable short films include John Curran's iconic Down Rusty Down, as well as Fallers, Gödel Incomplete and A Farewell Party.

His films include Einstein Junior , The Punisher , Oscar and Lucinda , Piggy Babe in the Big City , Mission: Impossible II and Queen of the Damned .

Manon has voiced his voice over many ABC Radio and Radio National programs .
