Christian von Riecke

Chritian Heinrich Riecke , from 1847 von Riecke (* July 2, 1802 in Stuttgart ; † November 15, 1865 ibid), was an administrative lawyer and judge from Württemberg .

Life

Riecke was the son of the Stuttgart city and official physician and medical professor Johann Ludwig Victor von Riecke and is a scion of the Württemberg family Riecke . He became a lawyer in Stuttgart in 1827 and in 1836 moved to the University of Tübingen as a university official , from whose legal faculty he received an honorary doctorate ( Dr. iur. Hc ) in 1842 . In the same year he went back to Stuttgart. There he got a job as a court domain and judiciary . In 1847 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of the Württemberg Crown by King Wilhelm I of Württemberg , which was associated with the ennoblement in the personal nobility. Shortly afterwards he was also given the position of court judge .

Riecke later became a member of the upper court council of the King of Württemberg and in 1864 was appointed court chamber director of the Württemberg court chamber .
