Christie Hefner
Christie Ann Hefner (born November 8, 1952 in Chicago ) is an American entrepreneur . She was CEO of Playboy Enterprises and is the daughter of the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner .
Career
Christie Ann Hefner studied English and American literature at Brandeis University . She joined her father's company in 1977 and finally became chairman of the board in 1988. Under her leadership, the company opened up the new media, especially through websites such as B. Adult.com.
Hefner also made a name for herself as a philanthropist in the United States . So she supported z. B. A foundation for HIV patients with US $ 30 million .
