Christin Guhr (born March 16, 1982 in Königs Wusterhausen ) is a former German volleyball player .

Career

Christin Guhr began playing volleyball as a primary school student at Netzhoppers Königs Wusterhausen . At the age of 13, she switched to the sports boarding school of VC Olympia Berlin . In 2001, the left-hander went to Bundesliga club Volley Cats Berlin and, after its bankruptcy in 2002, to league competitor Dresdner SC . Here she played for five years and reached the DVV Cup final in 2007 and became German champion . She then played one more season with the second division club Fighting Kangaroos Chemnitz , with whom she was promoted to the First Bundesliga at the end of her career.

Christin Guhr completed numerous international matches in the junior national team and in the senior national team .

Today Christin Guhr works as a travel agent in a travel agency in Coswig .
