Christin Hölzel (born March 27, 1986 in Gera ) is a German volleyball player .
Career
Hölzel started playing volleyball in her birthplace at Post SV Gera. In 2004 she moved to VC Olympia Berlin , for which she played one season in the 1st volleyball Bundesliga . The native of Thuringia then went to the second division club Fighting Kangaroos Chemnitz , with whom she rose to the first division in 2008. After the relegation of the team from Saxony in the following year, the outside attacker joined SV Lohhof , which, however, also had to go into the second division after the 2009/10 season. However, Hölzel stayed in Unterschleißheim for the following season .
2010/11 season
In the starting line-up of SV Lohhof, the student was in twenty matches of the season, the outside attacker was not used in three games. She was in the home games against Villingen (3: 0) and Wetter (3: 0) as well as in Grimma (3: 0), Offenburg (3: 1) and Biberach (3: 1) from the beginning to the end of the games Matchfield. After the 3-1 success in Nuremberg, where Christin Hölzel came on for the only time this season, the Unterschleißheim team were second division champions before DJK Augsburg-Hochzoll .
Private
All family members are active volleyball players. Christin Hölzel's mother plays in the district class, father Thomas trains the regional league team of her home club. The younger sister Janine also plays in the regional league in the second team of the Kangaroos from Chemnitz.
