Christina was an American film that released in theaters in 1929. The film adaptation of a template by Tristram Tupper is now considered lost. It was apparently available in both silent and sound films.

Christina, the daughter of a toy maker in the Netherlands, falls in love with Jan, who is riding a white horse and advertising a wandering fairground company. When this company moves on, Jan stays behind, which his employer Madame Bosman dislikes. She arrests him for alleged money embezzlement. Christina goes to Amsterdam to look for her lover, whereupon Madame Bosman inflicts an injury on him in order to separate the couple. Christina then returns home. Shortly before she can marry another man, Jan is restored and comes back to Christina.

The film was released in the United States on December 15, 1929. In 1930 it was also shown in Ireland , Hungary , France and Finland . While it was shown under the original title Christina in the USA, Denmark and Brazil , it was shown in Finland as Hänen ensirakkautensa , in Hungary it was called Krisztina , in Italy it was called La veglia della fiamma and in Sweden Hennes första kärlek .
