Christina Ebelt
Christina Ebelt (born February 26, 1979 in Filderstadt ) is a German film director and screenwriter .
Live and act
Christina Ebelt was born in 1979 near Stuttgart . After completing a year abroad in New Zealand , she studied screenwriting / directing in Vancouver, Canada, from 2001 . After her return to Germany, Christina Ebelt worked in Berlin as a script / continuity and assistant director . She later went to Cologne, where she studied audiovisual media at the Cologne Academy of Media Arts from 2004 . Christina Ebelt finished her studies in 2009 with a diploma. During her studies, she and Jan Bonny developed the screenplay for the multi-award-winning film Gegenüber .
Ebelt wrote the script together with Ingo Haeb for the 2014 TV drama Es ist alles ok . In 2019 her feature film Stars About Us celebrated its premiere at the Munich Film Festival ; the cinema release in Germany followed on November 14, 2019.
Christina Ebelt lives in Cologne .
