Ingo Haeb (born August 10, 1970 in Hamburg ) is a German screenwriter , film director and actor .

Life

Ingo Haeb studied "Audiovisual Media" from 1994 to 1998 at the Art Academy for Media in Cologne . He finished his studies in 1999 with his diploma film Derby . He then studied at the script academy of the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin .

Haeb made his debut as a feature film director in 2006 with the TV drama Neandertal (co-directed with Jan-Christoph Glaser ), for which he also wrote the screenplay. In addition to his work as an author and director, Haeb worked as a lecturer for screenplay and dramaturgy at the Art Academy for Media in Cologne and as a professor for beginners supervision and basic research with a focus on film at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg . From October 2015, Ingo Haeb has been working as a substitute professor for screenwriting at the Kunsthochschule für Medien Cologne for four semesters.

Ingo Haeb lives in Cologne.
