Christine Wulf

Christine Wulf (born before 1981 ) is a German scientist at the Inscription Commission of the Academy of Sciences in Göttingen .

Life

Christine Wulf studied German, biology and philosophy. After her first state examination in 1981, she completed her doctorate in 1987/88 at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen with her dissertation entitled A Folk Language Layman's Bible of the 15th Century. Since April 1984 Wulf has been working for the Inscription Commission of the Göttingen Academy, initially as a research assistant, then as a research assistant and head of the department. Her work and research focuses on the inscriptions of the Middle Ages and the early modern period, picture inscriptions on inscription monuments and the German Bible in the Middle Ages. Further research interests include the reception of the Bible and liturgy in the inscriptions of the Middle Ages and early modern times.
