Christoph Edelmüller (born October 15, 1981 in Vienna ) is a former Austrian handball player .
Career
Born in Vienna, he began his active professional career in 1999 at SG Handball West Vienna . In 2004 he moved to the Swedish first division club H 43 Lund . Just a year later he returned to Austria and was again signed to SG Handball West Vienna. It was not until 2008 that Christoph Edelmüller switched to league competitor Aon Fivers Margareten . With the Viennese he won the ÖHB Cup in 2009, 2012 and 2013 and the Handball League Austria in 2011 . In 2014, the circle player ended his career as a handball player and moved to the management of the Fivers.
Edelmüller played 25 international matches for Austria , in which he scored 23 goals. He took part in the 2014 European Championship in Denmark. On July 1, 2020, Edelmüller will take over the management of the two highest divisions in men's handball, the spusu Liga & spusu Challenge.
