Career

Christoph Foth played in his youth at JSG Balingen-Weilstetten, the joint handball youth department of TV Weilstetten and HBW Balingen-Weilstetten . On October 5, 2011, the 1.91-meter-tall runner made his Bundesliga debut in the game of HBW Balingen-Weilstetten against THW Kiel . Since the 2012/13 season he has been a permanent member of the first men's team at HBW. After Foth initially played with HBW in the Bundesliga, he was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2017. After the 2017/18 season, Foth ended his professional career due to studies, but he continues to play for the 2nd team from HBW Balingen-Weilstetten.

Foth played two international matches for the German junior national team.

He also trains the male A youth team at JSG Balingen-Weilstetten.
