Career

Jona Schoch played in his youth at JSG Kirchheim-Reichenbach and at TSV Wolfschlugen, for whom he played in the A-Jugend-Bundesliga . In 2012 he moved to Frisch Auf Göppingen , where he was part of the Bundesliga team from 2013 . At the same time, the 1.92-meter-tall backcourt player played from 2013 to 2015 by means of second-play rights for third division club SG H2Ku Herrenberg and from the 2015/16 season for second division TV 1893 Neuhausen .

For the 2017/18 season, Schoch moved to HBW Balingen-Weilstetten .

National team

Schoch has played 16 international matches for the German junior national team, with which he won the bronze medal at the U-21 World Cup in Brazil in 2015 .
