Christoph Franz Dangel , also Christoph Franz von Dangel (* 1769 , different date 1771 in Zeil am Main , † March 1841 in Bamberg ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Christoph Franz Dangel was the son of the Zeiler magistrate and received his training from his godfather Christoph Franz von Buseck . After his election as Prince-Bishop in April 1795, after he had practiced in Wetzlar , he was appointed court and government councilor in 1797 and shortly afterwards as city ​​consultant and syndic .

As part of the reorganization of the authorities under the Bavarian government from 1803 to 1804, he became city ​​judge and in 1808 director of the royal district and city court in Bamberg.

As a member of the board of the municipal representatives, he belonged to the control body of the Bamberg magistrate .

After the Constitution was proclaimed in 1818 , he was taxed higher as a house and garden owner in order to be eligible for election to the Bavarian Estates Assembly . From 1819 to 1828 he was a member of the first 4th state parliaments as a member of the Upper Main District .

After his election to the 1st Landtag in 1819, he was a member of the III. Committee for internal administration and from January 23, 1822 in the 2nd Landtag member of the III. Committee for matters relating to the internal administration of the Reich that come to the Chamber.

In 1819 he became the reporter of the III. Committee and submitted to the state parliament to take the constitutional oath on the part of the military, in this case the committee recommended not to forward the petition of the MP Franz Ludwig von Hornthal to the king , in which he demanded that the army should approach the constitution and not the king swear in.

On January 1, 1822 he became secretary in the VI. Committee for petitions and on March 3, 1825 member of the II. Committee for Taxes in the 3rd Landtag and since November 20, 1827 a member of the same committee of the 4th Landtag.

Christoph Franz Dangel remained unmarried throughout his life.
