Christoph Hesse
Christoph Hesse (born December 30, 1910 in Bad Grund (Harz) ; † unknown) was a German administrative lawyer and officiated from 1942 as district administrator in the district of Welun , Reichsgau Wartheland .
Life
After his studies and the great state examination, he was employed in the district office in Hirschberg in Silesia and in Marienwerder . In 1931 he joined the NSDAP . Hesse was a member of the Sturmabteilung (SA). Since 1939 he worked in the government in Poznan in 1939 conquered Poland, since 1941 as a Councilor . In 1942 he was drafted into the Wehrmacht and was seriously wounded in the fighting on Lake Ilmen . At the end of 1942, Hesse was appointed provisional district administrator in the annexed district of Welun .
Hesse was awarded the Iron Cross (1939) 2nd class and the wound badge in silver.
