Christoph Jelin (* around 1550 in Schwäbisch Gmünd ; † November 21, 1610 Tübingen ) was a German sculptor .

It is not known where Jelin was trained, but his work suggests a Dutch or Lower Rhine school . This style is said to have found its way into Württemberg for the first time with Jelin . His works appear from 1580, so the gallery reliefs in the Stuttgart castle church come from Jelin. Various epitaphs in the Tübingen collegiate church were created by Jelin, including the tomb tomb of Countess Eva Christina von Württemberg , that of Duke Ludwig von Württemberg and Duchess Dorothea Ursula . The latter two were completed by Jelin in 1593. At Hohentübingen Castle , Jelin designed the sculptural decorations on the lower portal in 1606/1607.
