Christoph Lensing (born May 12, 1969 ) is a former German vaulting athlete .

Lensing started group vaulting at the Rhede riding club at the age of 8, and 10 years later also individual vaulting. In the period from 1988 to 1996 he was three-time world and European champion and four-time German master in men's singles. After the end of his career as an active vaulting player, he continued to be involved in the sport of vaulting as a trainer (Trainer A license) and speaker. He is also a member of the Vaulting Disciplinary Board of the Westphalia Equestrian Sports Association. The trainer and lunge guide is married, has three stepdaughters and lives in Schöppingen .

In 1996 Lensing and his successful horse Aladin took part in a bet on the television show “ Wetten, dass ..? " on.
In 2012 Lensing did gymnastics on horseback in front of a broad public on the occasion of the farewell to vaulting artist Kai Vorberg at CHIO in Aachen .
