Christoph Schalk
Christoph Schalk (* 1968 ) is a German psychologist , coach , speaker and author.
Life
Christoph Schalk studied psychology in Würzburg (focus: work, industrial and organizational psychology ) and graduated in 1994. He has a therapeutic license (as a naturopath , limited to the field of psychotherapy). He trained as a Certified Coach & Trainer at 'Coach Net International', Los Angeles . Since then he has been working as an independent coach, trainer and consultant and is a senior coach of the BDP . He heads the NCD International coaching network . From 1994 to 1996 he was responsible for the scientific support of the research project, which laid the basis for the worldwide work of NCD International.
Today his work is focused on training coaches in around 60 countries and coaching managers himself. Since 2004 he has also headed the work of OQM International , a management consultancy for church not-for-profit organizations.
Christoph Schalk is married to Annette Schalk, has three children and lives in Würzburg.
