Christopher Bird
Christopher Bird (born May 11, 1928 in Norwood (Massachusetts) , USA, † May 2, 1996 in Blairsville , Georgia ) was an American botanist and science journalist .
Christopher Bird studied botany . He served in the U.S. Army and eventually became a science journalist. The world of unusual scientific phenomena soon became his specialty. Bird traveled all over the world and mastered many languages including Russian, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Serbo-Croatian. For several years he was Vice President of the "Planetary Association for Clean Energy" (PACE).
