Christopher Schmieg

Christopher Schmieg (born March 3, 1989 ) is a German track and road cyclist.

In 2005 Christopher Schmieg became German track cycling champion in the youth team pursuit. The next year he won a stage in the Polish Tour de la Région de Lodz. In 2006 and 2007 he also won the German championship title in the junior class team pursuit. Schmieg has been driving for the German team Ista since 2008 . In his first year there, he won the prologue at the Tour de Korea-Japan . Since the Ista team split up at the end of the 2008 season, Schmieg will start for the German Continental Team Milram from the 2009 season.

After a 2010 season with the Seven Stones team, Christopher Schmieg reamed himself and started 2011 for the RACING STUDENTS . The licensing association is the RV "Wanderer" Schorndorf with the cycling department "Cyclisteam". Team colleague in the team and club is Andreas Mayr in 2011.
