- First purse laundering in Munich
1430
- First use of the addition “on the Laimb” for Berg am Laim
1442
- between July and September: the Jews are expelled by Duke Albrecht III.
- September 14: Duke Albrecht III. leaves the building of the former synagogue to his personal physician Johannes Hartlieb . He built the Marienkapelle Our Lady in the Crypt , often simply called the crypt church
1460
- October 24th: first known truce, issued by the dukes Johann IV. And Siegmund . The keep, i.e. the area outside the city but under the jurisdiction of the city, is being re-measured and marked by border pillars, some of which are still preserved.
1468
- February 9: Foundation stone laid for the Frauenkirche
