The Chronicle of Pema Karpo ( Tib. 'Brug pa'i chos' byung ) is a work of the Tibetan historiographical Chöchung ( chos' byung ) genus by Drugpa Trülku Pema Karpo ( padma dkar po ; 1527–1592). It was completed in 1580 . The work contains biographical material from the period when the teaching was later spread .

A modern edition appeared in the Tibetan book series gangs can rig mdzod .
