The Cicaré CH-11 is a helicopter made by the Argentine manufacturer Cicaré Helicópteros .

History and construction

The CH-11 is a further development of the Cicaré CH-10 and, like this one, has coaxial rotors which, like the closed cabin, are made of composite materials. The single-seat cabin can be entered through side doors, whereby a hood that can be opened as a whole is also available. The helicopter itself consists of welded steel tubes and is powered by a Rotax 912 four-cylinder four-stroke boxer engine with 75 kW. It would also be possible to install a different motor. Due to its small size, the CH-11 is very manoeuvrable. A variant of the CH-11 is the CH-11C , which can be used both manned and unmanned.

The Argentine military is evaluating the CH-11C for use as a UAV.
