Cicero Moraes (born November 13, 1982 in Chapecó) is a Brazilian 3D designer.

Moraes specializes in forensic facial reconstruction and the design of prostheses for humans and animals .

Moraes became known through the facial reconstruction of religious and historical personalities, such as B.

In the veterinary field, Moraes designed 3D prostheses for dogs , macaws , geese and turtles, among others .
