Cihan Haspolatlı (born January 4, 1980 in Diyarbakır ) is a Turkish football player .
Cihan was the first goalscorer in the opening game at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium . In the 2007/08 season Cihan moved to Bursaspor , in the 2008/09 season to Konyaspor .
Since the beginning of the season he has been playing for the Süper Lig club Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor .
