Cira Baeck

Cira Baeck (born January 31, 1984 ) is a Belgian western rider .

Career

She started riding at the age of seven, at the age of 12 she switched to the western camp and from then on trained with Wim Buyst.

At 14, she went to America with her parents, where her interest in Reining horses was aroused. They went to Kim and Bill Horn's ranch, whom they let ride the stallion Trashadeous . At the ranch she also met Little Gump , which her parents eventually bought her.

In 2002, Cira Baeck was part of the Belgian CRIO team in Reggio nell'Emilia, Italy . In 2003 she won a gold medal at the European Quarter Horse Championships in Youth Reining and a silver medal in Open Senior Reining.

In 2007 Cira Baeck was the amateur world champion in reining.

At the 2010 World Championships in Lexington (Kentucky) she won team silver on Peek a Boom .
