Clémence Halbout (born August 4, 1990 in Fontainebleau ) is a French inline speed skater . She started inline skating when she was 3 years old .

Her sister Justine is also a successful inline speed skater .

Halbout took part in the World Games 2013 in Cali and achieved fourth place in the 1000 m sprint as the best place.

In 2014, Halbout was able to win three medals at their most successful European championships to date .

From 2008 to 2013 Halbout studied at the Universities of Paris and Bordeaux. She currently lives in Talence .
