Clara Hirschmann ( April 9, 1813 in Vienna , Austrian Empire - October 25, 1835 in Schwerin ) was an Austrian theater actress .

Life

Hirschmann, the foster daughter of the actor Wilhelm Vogel, made it possible for her to begin her theatrical career at the Hofburgtheater . She joined the association of this famous art institute in 1832, but her youth and intrigues of all kinds were to blame that she was only insufficiently employed. So after a year she left her hometown and accepted an engagement in Dresden. But the same circumstances also drove them from there. For a year she didn’t take any engagement at all, but tested her abundant talent, which promised her a brilliant future, with extraordinary success as a guest on the first stages. In 1835 she took on a permanent engagement in Schwerin again. However, there she died at the age of 22 on October 25, 1835.
