Claude Klimek (born August 20, 1956 in Mulhouse , Alsace ) is a former French football player on the position of goalkeeper .
Career
Claude Klimek started as a youth soccer player at a club in Staffelfelden . From 1974 to 1977 he played in the CS Sedan team in the Ardennes . From 1977 to 1978 he was with Red Star Paris , a division 1 football club , now Ligue 1 . He then played from 1978 to 1981 at Stade Rennes in Rennes and from 1981 to 1982 in Laval at Stade Laval , a team that belonged to Division 1 from 1976 to 1989 .
After 1982 Claude Klimek appeared as an amateur soccer player , and played from 1982 to 1984 in Cholet with the soccer club SO Cholet and 1984/85 with FC Sens in Sens .
