Claudia Lüke

Claudia Lüke (born October 5, 1962 in Gelsenkirchen ) is a German artist who works in the fields of drawing , painting , photography and installation .

life and work

Claudia Lüke studied from 1982 to 1989 at the University of Essen, formerly Folkwang School , art and biology. After graduating with the 1st and 2nd state examinations for secondary schools, she began her freelance artistic work.

Influenced by the collaboration with Rolf Glasmeier , in addition to pictures and objects, installations and large-scale interdisciplinary projects such as B. … e sopra di noi… for ExtraSchicht 2003/2004 and urban discovery Capital of Culture 2010.

Since 1998 there have been numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad.
