Claudia Loss

Claudia Maria Loss (born December 6, 1972 in Wolfenbüttel ) is a German politician ( SPD ). She has been a member of the Hamburg Parliament since 2020 .

Professional and private

Loss grew up in Braunschweig and, after completing her training as a nurse at the Wolfsburg City Hospital, moved to Hamburg in 1994 , where she has been working as a nurse at the Groß-Sand Hospital in Wilhelmsburg ever since .

She is married, has two daughters and lives in Hamburg-Heimfeld .

politics

As a named citizen, Loss was a member of the school committee of the Harburg district assembly from 2008 to 2011 and joined the SPD in 2009 . From 2011 to 2020 she was an elected member of the Harburg district assembly and deputy chairwoman of the SPD parliamentary group there.

In the 2020 citizenship election , she ran for 10th place on the state list and moved into the Hamburg citizenship . In the 22nd electoral term she is a member of the Health Committee and the Culture and Media Committee. She is also the spokeswoman for health policy for the SPD parliamentary group.
