Claudio Del Punta

Claudio Del Punta (* 1959 in Massa Carrara ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter .

Life

Del Punta graduated from the University of Florence in "Lettera e Filosofia" and began making short films . His full-length films, which he wrote and occasionally edited himself from 1993 onwards, were only moderately booked for theatrical evaluations and thus received little attention from the cinema-goers. Critics, on the other hand, praised them; Del Punta was honored for his 2007 Haiti chérie in Locarno and Mons with amateur actors . His short film Gioco di squadra from 1996 had already won several awards.

For Maria Martinelli , Del Punta wrote the script for Amorestremo in 2001 , in which porn actor Rocco Siffredi played the leading role.
