Claudio Risi
Claudio Risi (born November 12, 1948 in Bern , Switzerland ; † April 26, 2020 in Rome ) was an Italian film director .
Life
The son of the director Dino Risi dropped out of his political science studies in 1970 in order to gain his first experience in the film business as an assistant director at the side of his father . In this function he was involved in almost all of Dino Risi's works until 1984; he also worked for other directors. His first two films, Windsurf, il vento nelle mani and Yesterday, vacanze al mare , were aimed at young audiences and were originally produced for television. This medium risk was also subsequently arrested when he numerous episodes of the long-lived series I ragazzi della III C turned. After a socially critical boxer film, Tiger Rage , the series SPQR, produced based on Carlo Vanzina's film , followed in the late 1990s.In the 2000s, the pre-Christmas farces Matrimonio alle Bahamas and Matrimonio a Parigi with Massimo Boldi in the leading role were created.
