Claus Nowak

Claus Nowak (* 1949 ) is a German non-fiction author , biologist and educator .

Live and act

Claus Nowak was trained in topic-centered interaction , transaction analysis and psychodrama . For 18 years he worked as a high school teacher and in the further training of trainee teachers , advisory teachers and school administrators . For more than 30 years Nowak has been working nationally and internationally as a trainer, consultant and instructor in the fields of training, coaching, conflict management and organizational consulting . He is co-founder of the Ratwege Institute for personal and organizational development.

Nowak is honorary professor for personnel and organizational development at the University of Hamburg as well as a founder and member of the board of trustees of the Professor Nowak Foundation named after him, which aims to promote "education with the aim of spreading and deepening an ecological and intercultural understanding" Member of the board of trustees of the Klaus Jensen Foundation for civil conflict management.

He publishes on the areas of team development , communication , coaching , conflict management, mediation and organizational consulting.
