Clement Arnault (born May 26, 1990 ) is a French cross-country skier and former biathlete .

Career

Arnault took part in the IBU Cup as a biathlete from 2007 to 2015 . His best individual placement was ninth place in the sprint race in March 2008 in Valromey . In cross-country skiing he started in Campra for the first time in the Alpencup in February 2015 and finished 11th in the sprint. Two days later, he achieved his first podium there with the third fastest time in the pursuit race. The following month he made his debut in the Cross-Country World Cup in Lahti , which he finished in 67th place in the sprint. In February 2017 he finished second in the sprint at the Alpencup in Zwiesel . In January 2018 he took his first victory in the Alpine Cup in Campra over 15 km freestyle and his first World Cup points at the World Cup in Dresden with 19th place in the sprint. In the 2018/19 season he achieved fourth place in the overall ranking of the Alpine Cup with nine top ten placements.
