The Cleveland Mesa is a 8 km long and 5 km wide plateau in Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica . It is located at the northeast end of the Michigan Plateau .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them using their own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1967 after the US diplomat Harlan Cleveland (1918-2008), chairman of the Antarctic Policy Group at the United States Department of State in 1965.
