Cliff Island (from English cliff 'cliff, cliff' ) is a narrow and cliff-like island in the archipelago of the Biscoe Islands off the west coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located immediately south of Upper Island and eight miles west of Prospect Point on the south side of Mutton Cove .

Participants of the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill mapped them and gave them descriptive names.
