The Clinton Trail is a rock spur in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . It rises 2.5 km southeast of Neuburg Peak on the south side of the Dufek massif in the Pensacola Mountains .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Lieutenant Clinton R. Smith of the US Navy, a doctor on Ellsworth Station in the Antarctic winter of 1957.
