Clio is a location in Barbour County , Alabama , USA. Clio is the birthplace of former Alabama Governor George C. Wallace and Don Sutton , a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame . The total area of Clio is 26.1 km². According to an estimate from 2005, Clio had 2216 inhabitants.
