Codex Laudianus ( Gregory-Aland no. E a or 08 ) is a Greco-Latin manuscript of the Acts of the Apostles , which is dated to the 6th century.

There is a gap in the manuscript (Ap 26.29-28.26). The text is in two columns with 24 lines.

The Greek text of the Codex Laudianus represents the eclectic, usually Byzantine text , much of which is Western text type and some Alexandrian text type . The text of the Codex is assigned to Category II .

The Codex Laudianus, owned by Archbishop William Laud, consists of 227 parchment leaves. The left side is Greek, the right side is Latin (27 × 22 cm). The codex is kept in the Bodleian Library in Oxford (Cat. No. Laud. Gr. 35 1397, I, 8).
