Colin O'Neill (athlete)
Colin O'Neill (born August 14, 1948 ) is a retired British hurdler and sprinter .
At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974 he was eighth over 400 m hurdles and sixth with the Welsh team in the 4 x 400 meters relay .
In 1975 he was Welsh champion over 400 m and in 1976 and 1977 over 400 m hurdles.
