Colin Rösler (born April 22, 2000 in Berlin , Germany ) is a Norwegian football player who has both German and British citizenship. The central defender is under contract with the second division NAC Breda in the Netherlands and has so far played for both Norwegian and English junior national teams.
Career
society
Colin Rösler's mother comes from Norway, his father Uwe is German and had played soccer himself. He is currently the coach of Fortuna Düsseldorf . Colin was born in Berlin when his father was under contract with the then second division tennis Borussia Berlin . After his father moved to England to FC Southampton, a club from the port city of Southampton on the English south coast, Colin Rösler joined the Saints' football school before father Uwe - after a detour in Germany at SpVgg Unterhaching - joined Lillestrøm SK in Norway connected. In Norway, Colin Rösler joined the Viking Stavanger youth team . That same club was trained by Uwe Rösler from 2007 to 2009. National team
Colin Rösler played four times for the Norwegian U15 national team in 2015 . Then he decided to play for the English national team and ran three times for the England U16 national team . Shortly afterwards, Rösler decided to play again for the Norwegian national team and made 13 appearances for the U16s . In the following years he played nine times for the U17 team and took part in the U-17 European Football Championship 2017 in Croatia , where the Scandinavians were eliminated after the group stage. In 2018 Rösler played eight games for the U18 team and in 2019 he played ten times for the Norwegian U19 national team.
