Combat Hospital (developed under the title The Hot Zone ) is a Canadian drama series broadcast by CTV , which was also broadcast on and co-produced by the US broadcaster ABC . Despite surprisingly good ratings in Canada, the series had to be discontinued after a season, as the ratings for the US co-producer were again disproportionately bad, and he dropped out as a co-producer. Because of this, the series only consists of 13 episodes. The main roles were played by Michelle Borth , Deborah Kara Unger and Elias Koteas . It has not yet been broadcast in German-speaking countries.

content

The series is set in 2006 in Kandahar , Afghanistan , despite a later production year . It revolves around the life and work of doctors and nurses from the International Security Assistance Force.
