The Communauté de communes des Vallons du Bouchot et du Rupt is a former communauté de communes of five communes in the Vosges department in Lorraine . The name translates as narrow valleys of the Bouchot and the Rupt and refers to the geographical location of the two parallel, deeply cutting mountain rivers that flow into the Moselle tributary Moselotte in Vagney .

The municipal association had 6,467 inhabitants (2006) on 86.71 km², which corresponded to a population density of 75 inhabitants / km².

The seat and by far the largest parish of the association was Vagney . The last president of the local authority was Évelyne Bernard , who also served as mayor of Vagney.

The local authority association was founded on December 14, 2004 by decree of the prefect in order to pool the material resources of the communities and to coordinate economic development.

With effect from January 1, 2014, the community association merged with the Communauté de communes de la Vallée de la Cleurie , thus forming the new Communauté de communes Terre de Granite .
