The Communauté de communes du Pernois was a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It was founded on December 31, 1993 and comprised 18 parishes. The administrative seat was in Pernes .

On January 1, 2017, the community association was with
- Communauté de communes de la Région de Frévent ,
- Communauté de communes de l'Auxilois and
- Communauté de communes Les Vertes Collines du Saint-Polois
merged to form the new Communauté de communes du Ternois .
