The Communication Heights are a mountain range of heavily eroded and up to 1800 m high elevations in the southern East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Darwin Mountains of the Transantarctic Mountains they loom south of the Midnight Plateau between the Conant Valley and the Grant Valley .
They were given their name in 2001 by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names based on the naming of geographical objects in the area after employees from the intelligence community .
