The Grant Valley is a valley in the Darwin Mountains of the Transantarctic Mountains . It is between Communication Heights and Mount Ash . A side tongue of the Hatherton Glacier occupies the valley entrance.
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2001 after Bettie Kathryn Grant, who monitored the information systems at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 10 Antarctic summer campaigns between 1990 and 2001.
