Mount Ash

Mount Ash is a 2025  m mountain in southern East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises in the Darwin Mountains above the northern flank of the Hatherton Glacier at a distance of 18 km west-southwest of the Junction Spur .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using tellurometer surveys and aerial photographs by the United States Navy between 1959 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it after the mechanic Ralph E. Ash, who was part of the US team for the McMurdo South Pole Traverse belonged from 1960 to 1961.
