While he is treating the boy, he is forced to kill one of the gang members who attacked him with a gun that he has found. This act, viewed by some as a heroic act, leads to unexpected complications in his personal and professional life, forcing him to consistently maintain his medical responsibility and care for his patients even in unconventional situations.
