The Comunità Montana Alta Irpinia is an association of sixteen municipalities in the Italian province of Avellino in the Campania region . The territory of the Comunità Montana Alta Irpinia includes the municipalities around the Ofanto River and the eastern part of the Avellino province . It has an area of 742 km².
The municipal councils of the municipalities involved each send one member to the sixteen-member council of the Comunità.
